Wattyl AGM 2006

Dear Doug,

Given this season of good cheer I thought it appropriate to write personally and express The Laughing Partners' grateful thanks and to give you and your team a big round of applause, (SFX: The sound of happy clapping), for your work on the Wattyl Annual General Meeting recently.

Moreover; since Laughing Partners restructuring and the handing over of all our logistic and supply requirements to Insight Events we couldn't be happier campers. Our clients have also been happy with our performance and that can be in no small part due to your work for us. For that we are very grateful.

The fact that we have never experienced a glitch, hang up, disconnect or failure in your hands has us feeling more than convinced that Insight Events was the right choice. The only problem now seems to be; just how high can we drive this performance curve? I guess we'll all be trying to test that out in 2007.

On a more personal front I have to say that it's been your immediate oversight of our work that has given me enormous confidence in our arrangements and freed me to concentrate on a higher level of direct client service. That has had an unexpected direct positive impact on our forward orders and that can only be good for us both.

So in this spirit of solidarity and partnership, Eileen and I wish you, your family and the guys a most sincere very Merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year.
